An innovation consultant in the legal tech space, I have a particular focus on using market intelligence to inform strategic thinking and bringing about cultural change within organisations. This includes designing workspaces that enable collaboration, facilitating ideation, leading product development, delivering internal communication strategies and creating community-building initiatives.
Over the course of my six years experience practicing as a lawyer in Sydney, London and New York, becoming a qualified mediator, spending several years providing strategic advice to startups, and working with multi-disciplinary teams using agile methodology, I balance my passion for disruption and creative thinking, with sharp analytical skills and the ability to deliver in the most adverse scenarios, bringing together the most difficult stakeholders.
A keen mentor, speaker, and frequent author of thought leadership pieces in the creative and technology spaces, I am optimistic about being a part of the exponential rate of progress in our current epoch. I am particularly interested in projects that promote an equal access to justice for all.
